so i call in my work because i can't come. why? because i have two jobs, one of which is training me to be a server, another that i just got. i've waited SO long to be a server, so obviously i cancel the other one. manager is going on about how it's not fair how they're taking the backseat, not cool, and he's gonna write me up. fantastic. and all i can say is, fine. my fault to begin with. i accept that. i can't find anyone to cover my shift, and appearnatly having a hostess on a wednesday night is oh so important. even when you have two control desk people to answer the phones. a hostess..pretty much does nothing...check the washrooms? anyone can do that. was it really necessary to write me up? i have a feeling he pretty much just hates everything about me. so bun it. everytime i work he comes up and asks if i know who the servers are, or if i checked the washrooms. to his astonishment, i do a lot more than just sit there and look pretty. i don't need people hounding me to check if i do my job. so write me up. what's the use? cause i quit. as fun as that place may be, i don't need this.
